We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our People and Culture team as the Human Resources & Payroll Manager.
With many new projects planned for 2025, you will apply your strategic experience to these initiatives while reviewing existing policies and procedures to drive the function forward with efficiency and effectiveness.
Additionally, you will oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while developing and guiding your team to enhance their capabilities and drive continuous improvement.In this role, you will manage talent, contribute to workforce planning, and foster a positive, effective work culture in a supportive, values-driven environment.
You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the organisation's goals, ensuring all HR functions, including payroll, are executed seamlessly.
