Check out the description and video below before applying to see if it is right for you.About the RoleThis is a newly created role to support our diverse growing membership of clients who rely on On Demand HR to provide unlimited HR and Workplace Relations support on all their day-to-day HR and WR issues.
You will be providing both written and verbal advice on a wide range of HR and Workplace Relations matters including:Employee policy manual and contract drafting;Performance management, warnings, discipline, and termination advice;Payroll, Leave, NES, Fair Work Act Advice;Job Descriptions & Key Performance Indicators (KPI's);Salary benchmarking for new and existing roles;Employer responses to employee grievances/complaints;Workers' compensation claims lodgement and management;Restructuring & Redundancy Advice;Recruitment.We operate a highly flexible team, with only one office day per week required.
We are interested in candidates particularly who may be in Western Sydney, or near Wollongong near our Directors & Founders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
