Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) assists 29 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools located throughout Regional NSW, to maximise student learning, growth and development.
CEDWW staff are responsible for providing ongoing operational guidance and administrative assistance across the areas of Learning and Teaching, Student Wellbeing and Diverse Learning, Evangelisation and Religious Education, School and System Improvement, Finance and Resources, Information and Communication Technologies and People and Culture services.
Your New Role This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely advice to all employees throughout their employment lifecycle and to CEDWW Stakeholders.
The People and Culture Advisor will focus on working with people leaders and employees to address/resolve employee relation issues and enable collaboration, transparency, and performance improvement.
Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements is a key component of the role.
