Safetech employs 180 staff Australia wide and is supported by strong sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
The Role

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Human Resources generalist to support stakeholders across the business and contribute to the growth of this dynamic and innovative company.
This position will be an office based role located at our Moe site with occasional requirements to travel to our Morwell and Mount Waverley sites.
Duties Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding and probation processes.Support the management team with performance management strategies.Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures.Coordinate training programs and prepare training packs.Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention and organisational development.Assist with workcover claims and return to work programs.Identify key roles and collaborate with department managers to develop succession plans.Preparation of monthly statistical data.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HRIS.HR projects aimed at improving HR processes.Contribute to the overall success of the HR Department.Key Skills and Qualifications: Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.In-depth knowledge of Australian employment legislation.Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Fast-paced and rewarding work where you can really make a difference.An attractive salary package with opportunity to expand your skillset.On-site parking.How to apply
