The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager – People & Culture, your role will provide generalist HR support for our operational leaders to deliver effective people management practices throughout the employee lifecycle. 
Our Company is experiencing unprecedented growth, so your generalist HR expertise will be highly valued, and you will be well positioned to deliver HR outcomes that make a real difference to our operations.
About You Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, delivering a high level of HR generalist advice and support to operational leaders, is essential to succeed in this position.Tertiary qualification in HR or Business-related discipline is desirable but not essential.Current knowledge of employment-related legislation, regulations and industrial instruments.Demonstrated experience in generalist HR and strong capability in coaching and upskilling line managers to apply best practice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Experience in leading and supporting grievance investigations, performance management, fitness for work cases and supporting people-related organizational projects and initiatives.About Us  Work across our two properties, The Ville Resort-Casino, the region's premier destination for dining, events and entertainment as well the region's newest luxury hotel; Ardo. Permanent Full-Time position.Competitive remuneration package. Idyllic location in tropical North Queensland.Free car parking.Employee Assistance Program.Corporate discount on health insurance.The Ville is tropical North Queensland's premier destination for dining, events and entertainment; located in gorgeous Townsville boasting 300 days of sunshine every year.
