The Human Resources Advisor works closely with the Senior HR Business Partner. The role advises leaders on performance, case management and operational support, and helps implement strategic HR initiatives. The HR Advisor also contributes to innovation and improvement in HR services and programs.
About the role: Provide HR advice and solutions that are compliant and innovativeSupport and coach managers and leaders on a range of people mattersDevelop and deliver programs for employee engagement throughout employment life-cycleAdvise on processes related to probation, performance, workplace issues, leave management etc.Support the HR Business Partner on strategic projects for improved organisational performanceReview and update HR procedures
About you:Relevant degree with 4+ years experience in HRSound judgement, discretion and confidentialityCollaborative and cooperative team playerOrganised and problem-solving multitaskerSelf-motivated and self-managed
