Airnorth has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join the Corporate Services team on a full-time basis as a HR Advisor based in the newly opened Perth office.
Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate HR Generalist support and services to managers and employees at Airnorth. 
The successful applicant will possess the following:  Minimum of 4 years' HR experience Tertiary education in HR or related field, desired not essentialAn in-depth understanding of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise AgreementsProven ability to interpret legislation and policy and provide guidance to managersHigh level confidentiality and probity skills.Ability to work unsupervisedAbility to prioritise workloadAbility to work in a team environmentIntermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite of productsAbility to communicate at all levels within the organisationDemonstrated ability in report writing and drafting written communications.Competitive remuneration package and benefitsDiscounts on domestic and international travelHealth and Wellbeing focused, discounted health insurance and gym membershipTo apply for this position, you must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.
