The Human Resources Advisor works closely with the Senior HR Business Partner. The role advises leaders on performance, case management and operational support, and helps implement strategic HR initiatives. The HR Advisor also contributes to innovation and improvement in HR services and programs.
About the role: Provide HR advice and solutions that are compliant and innovative Support and coach managers and leaders on a range of people matters Develop and deliver programs for employee engagement throughout employment life-cycle Advise on processes related to probation, performance, workplace issues, leave management etc. Support the HR Business Partner on strategic projects for improved organisational performance Review and update HR procedures
About you: Relevant degree with 4+ years experience in HR Sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality Collaborative and cooperative team player Organised and problem-solving multitasker Self-motivated and self-managed
