This major project will see the construction of 8km of single lane highway with 7 bridge structures and upgrades to local intersections. This diverse and challenging project has a 2.5-year program ensuring longevity in your role and presenting opportunities to grow within the business.The Opportunity:As the HR Advisor OR Coordinator, you will report to the Project Director and provide generalist people management support across blue and white-collar employees. Your role will be to facilitate and support all HR activities including onboarding, performance management, inductions, as well as learning and development on the project to create and maintain an engaged workforce.Responsibilities:Partner and support the project leadership team in relation to HRMaintain employee records and transfers through WorkdaySupport the onboarding of new team membersAssist with visa applications, supporting our immigration teamCoordinate training programs on sitePartner with the regional HR team on a variety of HR projectsSkills & Experience:Relevant tertiary qualification or experience on an infrastructure projectKnowledge of relevant legislation and various employment laws and practicesExcellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to maintain effective communication with all levels of the organisationHighly organised with exceptional time management and planning abilitiesThe ability to influence, negotiate, and motivate othersIf you feel like you meet some or all of the above - Apply Now!We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.
