The Role An exciting 6-month fixed term opportunity for a HR Advisor has arisen within our HR team at Baxter. The HR Advisor role is a unique opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join our world-class HR team supporting the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations across ANZ. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities: Guiding managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and effective approaches
Resolving employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
Identifying training needs and assisting in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Supporting the HR Manager in administering employee benefits programs, including salary reviews, TRP process, and general queries
Maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and assist in HR audits and reporting
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and policies
Collaborating on HR projects, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
Key Requirements of the role include: Tertiary qualifications in an HR or related discipline
3 + years experience in working in Human Resources within a blue collar environment- manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or supply chain is preferred
General Understanding of IR laws, relevant Awards and regulations is good to have
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
Strong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to respond quickly to fast paced and dynamic environment
Ability to engage with many levels within the organization and across different segments of the business
Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer needs
Ability to work independently within established procedures
Functional experience using Workday and Microsoft Office Suit
Adaptability and flexibility when faced with challenges.
