Job Title: HR Advisor Visy?is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing, and recycling.
Over 75 years, we've grown to 7,000 employees and 150 global operations –predominately in Australia and New Zealand.
We?believe materials are not recycled until they've been made into new products.
We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging.
From cardboard boxes, water bottles, and jam jars to food and beverage cans, we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealand's food and beverage packaging industry.
Role Details: Reporting to the GM HR Business Partnering and based across Dandenong, Southbank, and Essendon Fields in a hybrid working model, this role provides People and Culture advice and strategic guidance to various business divisions.
This role is a Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract position until December 2025.
What you'll do:   Provide HR leadership and guidance to the respective divisions.
Develop and implement short and long-term people plans to align with business objectives and company values.
Oversee and drive improvements in key P&C processes, including engagement surveys, people initiatives, and strategies for improving people metrics.
Ensure timely and effective execution of HR processes across the division, leveraging centralised HR functions to enhance leader and employee experiences.
Develop leadership capability within the division through targeted training and development programs.
Coach and mentor senior leaders on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.
Maintain relationships with our key Labour Hire vendors Function as the BU contact for all vendors' queries concerning Labour Hire to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Resolve issues promptly What you will bring: Minimum of 3-5 years of P&C experience.
Demonstrated a strong understanding of P&C processes across the employee lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to drive P&C initiatives that support business goals and improve employee engagement and experience.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to compliance and best practices.
Advanced coaching skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights.
Strong workload management and prioritisation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with PC functions and business leaders.
