HR Advisor (Coordinator – People & Culture)Why We Need YouAs our organization continues to grow, we need a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team and ensure our workforce thrives.
You will play a crucial role in shaping a positive workplace culture, driving HR initiatives, and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional services to our clients.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage a variety of human resource functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant legislation.
This role requires a proactive and people-focused individual who can provide strategic HR guidance and operational support.Key AccountabilitiesProvide advice and support on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workplace policies.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.Manage recruitment processes, including job advertisements, interviews, and selection.Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and NDIS standards.Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as needed.Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 2+ years of experience in a human resources role.Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, Fair Work, SCHADS Award, and compliance requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.Experience in the disability services sector or NDIS framework (desirable but not essential).High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.BenefitsCompetitive salary package as per SCHADS Award.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Work in a supportive and inclusive environment.Contribute to a meaningful mission that positively impacts lives.4 weeks of annual leave, and an additional one week after completion of 12 months of employment.Annual salary: $73,150If you are a dedicated HR professional ready to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and suitability for the role to ****** Orchid Services is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
