In the role of Human Resources Advisor, you will provide a range of high-quality human resource management advice and consultancy services to a range of stakeholders and undertake key human resource management activities.
Responsibilities: Provide both operational and strategic advice to management and staff within LTSR and the Office of the Deputy Director General (CSSR) to ensure human resource management practices are contributing to the strategic objectives of the branches.Prepare workforce data and insights that will support leaders to make informed decisions, optimise workforce performance and foster a positive work environment.Research and analyse human resource management issues, identify key areas for improvement and develop appropriate strategies to ensure better practices.Ensure human resource policies and procedures are effectively implemented.Build and maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including internal customers, departmental colleagues, senior management and any other government agencies.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging public-sector initiatives, concepts strategies and issues and take appropriate action.Additional Benefits: 36.25 hour working week with the ability to accrue flex-time.Flexible working options to balance work-life / home-life.Beautiful city location, close to the Brisbane Botanical Gardens with just over a 10-minute walk from Central Station.Training and development opportunities.Generous superannuation (employer contribution of up to 12.75%).Salary sacrificing options.Allowances for travel.For more information on this exciting opportunity, please read the Role Description and Applicant Guide.
