This role is responsible for being a business partner for several key portfolios and assisting the management/delivery of up to 30 plus case matters at a time across several different employment streams and divisions.
Writing discipline correspondence for the public sectorPreparing correspond for senior delegates (GM-DG)Preparing documentation for the Queensland Industrial Relations CommitteeProviding strategic HR advice on performance management, medical management, employee grievances, IME's, absentee management, discipline, suspension, investigationsManaging end to end investigation process with external providers, analysing reports and providing advice on investigation reports to delegates and business partnersBriefing delegates, HR teams on a wide range of case management topicsAbout the individual:
Experience in writing discipline correspondence Strong communication skills both written and verbal Experience in a similar role within the public sector, highly desirableEfficient in preparing documentation for the Queensland Industrial Relations CommitteeKnowledge of the PS ACT 2022 and the legislative frameworks of the public sectorExperience in providing strategic HR advice in a large organistion or government departmentExperience in managing end to end investigation process Experience analysing reports and providing advice on investigation reports Experience working with internal HR stakeholders in an advisory capacityApplicants must be based in Brisbane or surroundsApplicants must have full right to work in AustraliaAt HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
