The scope of your role will cover:Providing advice and assistance to managers on HR issues and initiativesConducting investigations and reviewing workplace complaintsSupporting all employees by responding to queries relating to their employmentOn and off boarding including conducting inductions and exit proceduresManaging HR documentation including contracts, variations, probationary lettersAssist with developing policies and proceduresSupport the Recruitment Team as neededThis role is based in a supportive HR team and provides an excellent opportunity to develop and grow your HR knowledge along with your career.About YouYou have broad generalist HR experience including advisory, investigations, complaint management, and managing HR documentation.
