The position provides comprehensive HR support across all areas including, case management support to supervisors, working with senior HR leaders on initiatives and the development of best practice and streamlining of processes within the HR function. The position is also responsible for the coordinating reports and analysis for senior staff members within the University.The PersonWe are looking for someone with a high-level of knowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues, someone who can think big picture and operationalise key initiatives to facilitate a positive campus culture. An understanding of the ins and outs of the higher education sector would be highly desirable but not required.
