Good interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and a genuine passion for people learning and improvement. Possesses a positive attitude, high ethical standards and conducts themself professionally. Organized, trustworthy and dependable
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years in Human Resources/People and Culture/Training/Learning/Recruitment/Generalist/Specialist/Administrative role. Excellent communication skills, time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities. Strong attention to detail, motivated, punctual, and prompt to act on support requests. This position also requires the applicant to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol analysis, musculoskeletal evaluation, and hearing test. Applicants must have the right to work and live in Australia.
