We are seeking 3 highly motivated HR Administrators to kick start their careers and join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a compliant workplace environment.
In this unique role, you'll:
Partner with passion: Support clients via telephone and email to review, create and implement documentation in relation to their day-to-day workplace relations enquiries. Knowledge sharer: Create applicable HR/ER documents which can include contracts, policies, manuals, handbooks and procedures. Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor changes in employment law and provide practical recommendations about what clients should do to protect their business. Delight and deliver: Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity and quality assurance. You're a perfect fit if you have:
1 year experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations or in a similar HR field. Prior experience creating, implementing and advising on HR documentation such as contracts, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system and National Employment Standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person. Full working rights. Why You'll Love Working Here:
