You'll be responsible for providing essential support and assistance with administrative and day-to-day transactional tasks to the Learning and Development function to ensure the smooth running of the division.

Please email or call us on to discuss any reasonable adjustments we can make so you can take part in our recruitment process and/or visit one of our sites.Role responsibilities:As Human Resources Administrator, your responsibilities will include:First Point of Contact: Monitor and respond to enquiries in various email inboxes promptly, or escalate as required.Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and communicate efficiently via email, phone, and other channels with internal and external customers.Administrative Support: Provide effective administrative support to the PPC Team and other relevant stakeholders.Induction Coordination: Coordinate fortnightly inductions, including scheduling, inviting attendees, booking venues and speakers/trainers, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.LMS Management: Set up and upload course content on the Learning Management System as scheduled in the Learning Calendar.Session Support: Provide support to various learning sessions, including managing attendance and completion.Evaluation Support: Assist with evaluation processes and review evaluations to identify trends.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records.Reporting: Provide regular reports on mandatory training activities to track progress and completion to ensure we are compliant with our NDIS requirements.To be successful in this role, you will need:Relevant Certificate or equivalent experience in a relevant disciplineDemonstrated experience working as a HR Administrator in a large, complex environment.High attention to detail.Experience using an LMSAdaptability to work in fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.Desirable - HR/Learning admin experience within an NDIS-related, Healthcare or highly regulated industryAchieve Australia is committed to safer recruitment practices, which safeguard and promote the welfare of the people we support, and staff are expected to share this commitment.
