Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Spenda is an integrated business platform that takes the headache out of chasing payments and enables businesses to sell better and get paid faster. We serve as both a software solutions provider and a payment processor and deliver the essential infrastructure to streamline business processes before, during and after the payment event. We are seeking a dedicated HR and Recruitment Administrator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR function, supporting the HR function in various HR lifecycle activities, recruitment activities, projects and business improvement processes. This role will be responsible for all people processes, contributing to the delivery of effective and efficient HR activities, whilst fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a diverse talent pipeline.Onboarding Excellence: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and prepared for their new roles. Manage documentation and compliance processes to facilitate a smooth transition.HR Support: Assist with various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. Provide administrative support for HR projects and programs.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Generate reports to analyze trends and improve HR practices.Culture Champion: Promote our company culture and values throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates align with our mission and vision.What we are looking for: Relevant Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.Previous experience in HR or recruitment is highly desirable.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Attention to Detail: Able to 'zoom in' to detail quickly and accurately, checks information, picks up inconsistencies and mistakes, can make detailed comparisons between similar sources.Systematic Thinking: Makes effective use of organisational systems and processes, takes an organised, logical approach to thinking through issues, and applies learning to new situations.Results Orientation: Ability to focus on important issues only, regularly refocuses on results, demonstrates a drive to exceed performance targets.Oral & Written Communication: Uses grammar, vocabulary and style to describe situations, ideas, instructions etc., structures communication logically, listens, responds to prompts, summarizes information.Interpersonal Skills: Socially capable - interacts confidently, reads the situation, empathetic and can evaluate likely reactions, collaborative.We welcome applicants who may not meet all criteria but possess a majority of the qualifications to apply, as we value diverse perspectives and recognise the potential for growth and development within our dynamic team.
