The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities. 

We are currently searching for a Human Resources Administrator to join the Project Ceres team in Perth. The Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Project HR team in providing timely, confidential and accurate HR support while, ensuring compliance with Clough's policies and Operating Standards.

Who you are Your focus will include: 
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Managing documentation related to employment contracts, benefits, and other HR-related paperwork.
Ensuring the HRIS (WorkDay) records and Employee folders are updated with probation completion details.
Drafting employee change of conditions letter and issue following endorsement by relevant signatories.
Processing all change of conditions in the HRIS (Workday).
Processing exits in the HRIS (Workday) according to relevant procedures.
Addressing basic payroll-related questions or concerns from employees.
Follow-ups on overpayments in accordance with the procedure.
Providing requested letters including employment confirmation letters, jury duty letters, flexible work arrangements letters.
Coordinating and conducting the exit process for departing employees.
Participating in HR projects.
Analysing HR metrics and trends and generating HR reports for management as required
Administrative support to the recruitment team
What you will bring to the team: 
2+ year administration experience, ideally with 1 year experience in a HR related role.
Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail and confidentiality.
Relevant tertiary education (Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources).
