The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is looking for an energetic and passionate HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR administrative functions and ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:3 days per week, part-time, on-site role.Oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions, including managing employee records and onboarding processes.Provide support to internal ladies and gentlemen by addressing HR inquiries.Support recruitment efforts by conducting phone screening, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.Organize and coordinate training programs to promote professional development.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate employee records.Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.Assist in planning and executing HR-related events such as employee recognition programs.Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to address HR-related needs and promote a positive work environment.About You:Full working rights required.Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources (desirable).2-3 years of experience in HR administration or related role.Preferred availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (negotiable).Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS or Payroll System.Demonstrates a keen eye for accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.Prior experience in a luxury hotel role is highly regarded.Our Benefits:Exclusive staff discounts on food and beverage and hotel rooms (including all properties within the Marriott International group) for you, your family and friends.Be part of Life with the Works program where you can enjoy flexible working hours & locations, time off to pursue your passion through sabbatical leave, and paid leave during your birthday month.Grow, develop, and progress with internationally recognised training programs, unlimited strategic development and exciting career opportunities within the Marriott International group.Genuine care for associates' physical, emotional and financial wellbeing through our Employee Assistance Program.Opportunity to receive Employee Referral Incentives and get paid for working with your friend.Work for the Largest Hotel Network in the World which values equality, diversity and inclusiveness.#J-18808-Ljbffr
