Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team based in Hindmarsh South Australia to support our AgroScience & AgroTesting businesses across Australia.
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you will contribute to the ongoing implementation of the Eurofins people strategy by providing high-quality administrative support to the HRBP and to the broader AgroScience and Agrotesting businesses.
This diverse role will give you the opportunity to participate in a broad range of people related activities including but not limited to :
Phone screening potential candidates Conducting pre-employment checks such as VEVO (Visa) Checks Preparation of contracts and new hire documents Ensuring returned documents are completed before sending to payroll Creation of employees and maintaining the data integrity of our ILM system Local ILM Coordinator Performing inductions where applicable Preparation of employee variation letters Ensuring documentation is submitted to payroll before cut-off times Triaging HR enquiries including emails sent to the shared HR inbox Employee engagement Graduate and vacation programs as appropriate Talent acquisition and retention Qualifications
