Calling HR professionals! We are seeking an extraordinary individual to join our small and dynamic team as a Human Resources Administrator.
In this role, you will have the power to transform the team member experience and shape our workplace culture.

What will I be doing?
You will be working closely with the Human Resources team supporting all generalist HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, team member relations, payroll, and reward and recognition. In this role you will fulfill the following responsibilities:
Recruitment Warrior: unleash your talent sensing abilities to find exceptional candidates who possess the skills and values that align with Hilton.
First responder: swoop in to save the day when a team member needs assistance or support.
Orientation Champion: guide new team members joining Hilton by conducting amazing orientation sessions, helping them navigate into our culture while equipping them with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Microsoft Office Wizard: wield your data analytics wand to produce required reports for compliance, produce engaging presentations, internal marketing, and professional general administration.
Reward and recognition avenger: manage our team members' benefits program and coordinate our internal calendar of events to ensure our team are engaged and feel valued.
Culture defender: champion a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to possess the following:
Previous experience in hospitality.
Have worked in an upscale hotel environment.
Experience in Human Resources highly regarded but not essential.
