22nd October, 2024We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator/Graduate to join our team. This role best suits someone who is self-driven, energetic and eager to develop their knowledge and skills in HR. You will play a key role in supporting the HR team whilst gaining exposure to the day-to-day operations and opportunities to develop your own skills and knowledge.
Based at our Wayville office in Adelaide, you will build relationships with project teams, employees and candidates to achieve HR team goals and objectives. There will be opportunities to travel to remote projects as required.
Role Responsibilities:Facilitate the end-to-end candidate recruitment & onboarding processes, including coordinating medicals, police checks and licences & ticket verifications;Provide highly accurate and timely administration to support the HR team, including reporting, maintaining spreadsheets and records management;Assist the HR team with providing support to projects and employees, including answering queries, recruitment, performance management and remuneration;Assist with HR projects.What We Look For:A pro-active approach to your role;An adaptable and resilient personality;Strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve goals;A desire to upskill and develop skillsets across a broad range of functions;An ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;High attention to detail and pride in work;A desire to understand day-to-day operations and objectives.Role Requirements:Tertiary HR Qualification (or equivalent);Experience in a similar role (highly desirable);Ability to competently use Microsoft Office;Experience with a HRIS system or similar program (highly regarded).About UsExact Contracting was established in 1992 and is an industry leader in civil, mining & agriculture.
