Human Resources Administration Assistant

Human Resources Administration Assistant Good Shepherd Lodge LTD is currently rolling out a new HRIS and Payroll system and is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time fixed-term basis until approximately early February 2025. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in human resources or payroll administration and possess excellent communication skills, be honest, reliable, hardworking, and take pride in the quality and accuracy of your work.
The duties of this role include:
Ensure accurate recording of all HR and employee records Assisting with candidate experience and updating the recruitment platform General administrative duties such as scanning, updating the new HRIS (Employment Hero), and Payroll/rostering system (Mirus) and other duties as directed by the HR Manager. To be considered for this role, you will have:
Experience in administration and data entry The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A willingness to contribute to team initiatives and tasks A high standard of verbal and written communication Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in Aged Care and HR beneficial A National Police Check or ability to obtain Previous experience with Employment Hero or Mirus advantageous The ability to align with the core values of Inclusiveness, Integrity, Compassion & Respect, Flexibility & Adaptability, and Innovation The important work that Good Shepherd Lodge LTD delivers is driven by the passion of their team and their commitment to providing quality care.
