About the Role The Human Resources Administration Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our People & Culture team. You will be responsible for assisting with employee onboarding & offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration. Responsibilities include: Directly support the Group People & Culture Manager & People & Culture Business Partners.Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new and departing employees.Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs and activities.Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting initiatives.Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Assist with the preparation and delivery of HR-related communications and documents.Support the coordination and planning of employee training and development activities.Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.About You: Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.Experience in Human Resources Administration will be highly regarded but not essential.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Passion for promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.About Us Established in 1978, the Northeast Auto Group is a national award-winning automotive retail and service organisation employing 630 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory.
