Your role:As the Human Resource Services Officer you will provide efficient, effective and confidential human resource services and administrative support.Responsibilities include: Provide efficient, effective and confidential human resource services and administrative support.Liaise and negotiate on relevant HR issues on behalf of senior management.Prepare monthly statistics for reporting purposes to senior management.Provide current and accurate advice on relevant departmental processes and policies.Provide confidential administrative and executive support.Provide routine information and advice on administrative and personnel issues to management and staff.Maintain filing and information retrieval systems in relation to the work of the nominated unit.Provide support with the maintenance of various databases relevant to the unit.Undertake assigned activities across all teams within the unit.
