Job details Join a proactive team based in Ulan, NSW at a local mine site.
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within a dynamic team  About the client Located 40kms north of Mudgee in Western Coalfields of NSW, our client operates both open cut and underground mining areas.
About the Role: Provide administrative support to the HR team, contributing to recruitment processes and ensuring efficiency during a busy period.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities Include: Communicating with candidates to provide updates on the recruitment process.
Assisting with onboarding activities, such as collecting necessary documentation.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
Supporting other HR team members with related tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
Skill in managing tight timelines and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment tasks.
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
