Human Resource Officer / Graduate

Always Care Services are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) officer or graduate to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company's guidelines and managing processes.
Your main responsibilities will include, maintaining employee records, and recruiting new employees, providing HR advice to managers.   To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with knowledge of the recruiting process and industrial regulations.
HR Officer Responsibilities: Implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.Ensuring employee records are maintained and updated with information or changes in employment status.Identifying the company's recruiting needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.Developing position descriptionsAssisting with disciplinary processesResponding to employees' queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.HR Officer Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a relevant field preferred.Experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of human resource functions.Good understanding of the full recruitment process.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Solid problem-solving and team management
