Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is hiring for a full-time HR Manager to join the hotel.
As HR Manager, you'll ensure our employees are enabled and empowered through HR programs while promoting a positive team culture that enhances the guest experience.
A little taste of your day-to-day: Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employeeSupporting and administering an annual team member satisfaction surveyWelcoming and orienting new members of staffDeveloping creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiencesManaging employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies, and proceduresWhat We Need from You: High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent2 years' related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSome college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferredOther languages may be preferredWhat You Can Expect from Us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
