The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our executive team. This pivotal role provides comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to all staff, playing a vital role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent while ensuring compliance with all legislative and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and qualified workforce.Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.Oversee employee onboarding and induction processes.Develop and maintain a performance management system.Proactively manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and manage workers' compensation claims.Maintain accurate HR records and prepare comprehensive HR reports.Initiate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior HR role, preferably within the aged care sector.Strong understanding of the Aged Care industry, regulations, and accreditation requirements.Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with relevant employment and Aged Care legislation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong data management skills.Commitment to providing solutions-based support and fostering a collaborative work environment.Your application will include the following questions:
