Permanent and Temporary full-time positions located at various sites across South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS); Fremantle, Rockingham, Fiona Stanley, Cockburn and Peel Health Campus (from August 2024).
SMHS workforce provides human resource, industrial relations (employee relations), workforce policy and planning, diversity and inclusion, strategic Work Health and Safety and senior medical workforce services to all employees and services across the South Metropolitan Health Service.We are seeking team members to support the development and expansion of new and existing services across SMHS. These roles will require HR Consultants with the initiative, flexibility and willingness to adapt and adjust to learning new things with different groups of people to meet the shifting needs of SMHS strategic and operational priorities.
This is a recruitment pool for full time temporary and permanent positions, however our preferred option is to offer permanent positions to enable us to develop and support our team. 
Applicants should note that SMHS HR has a presence at every hospital site in our large catchment area and although every effort is made to accommodate employee preferences travel may be required at different times.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/11/2024.
