Summary: The U.S Mission in Perth is seeking eligible and qualified applications for the position of Human Resources Clerk.

Supervisory Position: No Relocation Expenses Reimbursed: No Travel Required: Not Required
The incumbent provides general clerical support to the Human Resources Office. The position has responsibility for coordination of the Duty Officer Program, When-Actually-Employed (WAE) program rostering and Human Resources Surveys and statistics. The position is responsible for Time and Attendance reporting.
The Incumbent will assist in providing continuity of mail and messenger services for post during absences of the Mailroom Clerk.

Education Requirements: EDUCATION:Completion of Higher School Certification (Year 12)is required.
Evaluations: LANGUAGE: Fluent English in Reading/Speaking/Writing is required.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the Conditional Offer Letter by the Human Resource Office.
