Located in the heavy manufacturing hub of Bell Bay, Tasmania, we are seeking a suitable qualified and experienced Human Resources Advisor.
About the Role The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day workforce of the full employee life cycle.
Through cross functional collaboration the Human Resources Advisor will provide high quality advice and service regarding People and Culture policies, procedures and best practice.
This role is offered on a Part-Time basis of two (2) days per week, there is some degree of flexibility on which two days are worked during the week and will be negotiated with the hiring manager.
The role has a particular focus on generalist HR matters as they relate to Ecka Granules people programs and processes including recruitment & onboarding, through inductions, integration, probation review, people benefits, reward and recognition, and systems.
