Ecka Granules Australia is part of the wider Kymera International group of companies which operate across the globe and employ over 1000 people. Ecka Granules Australia are engaged in the Heavy Manufacturing Industry producing aluminium powders and granules for both domestic and export markets. Located in the heavy manufacturing hub of Bell Bay, Tasmania, we are seeking a suitable qualified and experienced Human Resources Advisor.About the RoleThe Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day workforce of the full employee life cycle. Through cross functional collaboration the Human Resources Advisor will provide high quality advice and service regarding People and Culture policies, procedures and best practice.This role is offered on a Part-Time basis of two (2) days per week, there is some degree of flexibility on which two days are worked during the week and will be negotiated with the hiring manager.The role has a particular focus on generalist HR matters as they relate to Ecka Granules people programs and processes including recruitment & onboarding, through inductions, integration, probation review, people benefits, reward and recognition, and systems.Qualifications and ExperienceDemonstrate previous experience working in a Human Resource Generalist roleStrong computer skills, Microsoft Suite of Applications, Word, Excel, OutlookTertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related disciplineHighly organised, reliable, customer focussed with high level of initiativeA positive work ethic with ability to work collaboratively within a team and independentlySkilled and comfortable in managing recruitment activity, providing sound selection advice and guidance to hiring managersService focused and exceptionally skilled at developing and maintaining positive relationships, with a confident and discreet manner to appropriately manage sensitive informationTasks and ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to queries from employees, with accurate and sound policy and procedural advice and guidance based on interpretation of relevant People & Culture policies and procedures and Enterprise AgreementsAssist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects that align with our strategic goalsParticipate in job analysis processes including supporting managers to develop accurate position descriptions which define success and growthManage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actionsProvide advice and support to people managers on the process for people change including secondments, higher duties, salary reviews, job evaluations, reporting line changes and changes to personal detailsProvide advice to managers/superintendents on probation review processes and follow through to ensure individual assessments are completed and goals / development plans are establishedFor Enquiries please contact:Stephen Fox on ****** or 0486 047 ***
