Talent – Specialists in tech, transformation & beyondConsulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Reporting to the Director, this role will see you play a pivotal role in implementing the people strategy and providing expert Human Resource (HR) related advice across the organisation. Your main duties and responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:Provide timely and accurate HR advice, support, and consultancy to managers and employees across workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and job design.Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and laws.Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in cases of employee grievances or disciplinary issues.Provide expertise and guidance on the interpretation and application of EBA's.Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders across the entire business.Monitor and review the effectiveness of training and development.What you'll need to succeed:We strongly encourage your application should you have demonstrated the below skills and capabilities:You are an experienced human resource advisor/business partner with extensive experience supporting and coaching line managers.ER/IR knowledge.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills across a diverse portfolio group.Organised, with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and EBA processes.Industry exposure to Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction highly regarded, however, not essential.What's in it for you:Full-time permanent position with immediate start available.Free on-site parking.Positive safety culture and team environment.Genuine career progression and growth opportunities.Excellent employment conditions and job stability.How to apply:Please submit your interest and application via the 'Apply Now' function.
