The Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator ( People Services Administrator) to support our HR team. This role focuses primarily on managing the contract variation process for employees, ensuring smooth transitions when employees move internally or change the terms of their contract's ,hours of work or promotions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to HR processes and activities.
You will provide essential support to the HR shared services team and assist with various HR enquiries Assist with the preparation and updating of employment contracts At peak periods or times would be involved in managing some of the overflow, or covering whilst other team members are on leave The Person: The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary HR qualification (or currently completing) with knowledge and understanding on Employment Contracts/IR legislation In addition, experience in a similar HR role, with proficiency in e-contracts modules and exposure to working with specialist HR teams, including workplace relations, immigration, and payroll Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy Strong influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
