About the RoleNFS head quarter team in Sydney is seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resource/Administrative Manager to lead in varied assets of HR tasks as well as administrative tasks. You will work with our outstanding team to address needs the company is eager to fulfill.
Key responsibilities
Manage the administrative functions of the companyProvide ongoing support to Directors/CEO/CFO on a daily basisOversee and prioritise the workload of administrative assistance within the teamDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage or advise on recruitment and retentionOversee and evaluate overall HR and admin strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisationReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsDevelops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirementsHandles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflictsEnsures all employment practices comply with national, state and local regulationsAccount management and stakeholder engagementGeneral HR / administrative tasks with potential of fulfilling account receivable/payable workOversees the day-to-day activities of the admin teamRequirements and skills
Proven working experience as HR Manager, Administrative manager or other executive rolesPeople oriented and results drivenAbility to work under pressureExceptional organisational and time management skillsKnowledge of HR/Admin systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyDegree in Human Resources or related field preferredExtensive understanding of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation and the ability to effectively interpret and apply various industrial instrumentsProficient in verbal and written English and JapaneseAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using Payforce, MYOB EXO will be highly regardedEssential:
