Your role will include:
Applying Human Factors Integration within the engineering design process for rail systems through the development of structured, rigorous consideration of Human Factors issues and their mitigations from the beginning of the rail asset cycle.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and applying a range of Human Factors principles, methods, tools, and data to inform design development and contributing to the overall safety assurance argument.Ensuring that the design of the rail system reflects the task capabilities and requirements of all end users.Working alongside state and national sector leads to ensure seamless Human Factors integration.How will your future be shaped by us? What are we looking for from you? Experience in a Human Factors Specialist role.A degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology; post-graduate level is essential.Eligible for or hold Chartership/Fellowship with Human Factors & Ergonomics Society of Australia (or international equivalent).Seasoned in the art and science of Human Factors – has a track record of successful HF integration within the rail industry.Demonstrated expertise in creating dynamic communication channels, ensuring impactful and effortless exchange of ideas at every level, propelling collaborative success within and across the spectrum of rail projects.Keen commercial insight - actively contributes to work-winning initiatives that capture new opportunities and propel the business toward unparalleled success.Robust analytical acumen, with the ability to decipher intricate data patterns, transforming complexity into actionable insights.Driven by a passion to cultivate a project culture where teamwork and motivation thrive, creating an environment where every member feels valued and inspired to excel.Think you know Aurecon?
