Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Data Project Lead to drive our data optimization initiatives in a fully remote capacity.
This role demands a keen understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence to manage and enhance data quality processes effectively.
You will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity across multi-modal datasets, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and leading project management efforts to support the development of AI models.Key Responsibilities:- Lead data curation and annotation efforts to ensure data quality and integrity.- Manage projects focused on AI/ML model behavior development and optimization.- Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional teamwork to drive project success.- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.- Develop and implement strategies for integrating text, images, and other data modalities.- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress and outcomes.- Guide and mentor team members in data management practices.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proficiency in Python and experience with SQL.- Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence concepts, and tools.- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.- Expertise in data curation, quality management, and annotation workflows.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with multi-modal data integration in AI models.- Previous leadership roles in project management with a focus on data integrity.- Familiarity with the latest AI/ML tools and practices.
