The Role As the first point of contact, this position will set the foundation for a positive client experience.
Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to: Meet and greet all visitors via phone and face to face, making them feel welcome Maintain presentation and cleanliness across the office, kitchens and general areas Coordinate boardroom bookings, mail and couriers Assist with events, catering, mail and post Allocate invoices, reconciliations and answer credit enquiries Provide administration support to the office Assist Directors with any requests Order stationery and supplies Monitor and maintain company email accounts Project and marketing support What you will need to succeed?
