An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Specialist to join a reputable, award-winning NFP organisation based in Richmond! You'll be working in a well-established organisation with over 10,000 employees who share a common goal and passion for supporting the wider community.
The Role
This varied role incorporates a bit of everything! From office coordination to property and site administration…your days will fly! You will be the go-to person for facility related queries for the head office as well as several sites, working closely and building relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide administration support to the office, Site Manager, and other stakeholders Manage the allocation of workspaces and systems within the office Liaise with IT staff with system issues Report on staff movements and floor plans Assist with relocations and office closures Coordinate on-boarding of new starters Fleet management Manage new tenants and leases for property sites Supervise cleaning and maintenance contractors Manage security system, car park and key register Oversee and administer the compliance program Reception coverage on a Friday Are you the ideal candidate? Proven experience in an Administration/Fleet/Office Coordinator role Experience in property and/or managing workspaces would be highly desirable but not essential Polished presentation with excellent communication skills Good numeracy and problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Enthusiastic and a 'can-do' attitude Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
