Hubspot Specialist / Marketing AutomationIn this role, you will be responsible for managing CRM systems, optimising client interactions, and ensuring the successful execution of CRM initiatives on behalf of clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction for various brands and businesses.
Key Responsibilities: Client Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and support for client projects.Collaborate with clients to tailor CRM solutions that align with their marketing and business objectives.CRM Strategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive CRM and Omni-Channel strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty for clients.Analyse client customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer experiences and KPIs.Develop targeted marketing campaigns and personalised communication strategies for various client segments.CRM Testing and Optimisation:Conduct CRM platform audits to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency for client accounts.Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimise CRM processes and campaigns for clients.Monitor and analyse CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement for clients.System Management and Integration:Manage and configure CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and SalesForce Marketing Cloud, for multiple client accounts.Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business tools and platforms used by clients.Work with data specialists to ensure data accuracy in these platforms.Oversee data migration and system upgrades as needed for client projects.Training and Support:Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on CRM best practices and system usage.Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes and procedures for client reference.Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in a timely manner for clients.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM specialist or similar role within a digital agency.Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Cloud.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with CRM strategy development and execution for multiple clients.Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
