About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to join our team and collaborate closely with our Senior HubSpot Developer.
In this role, you will assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the HubSpot platform to support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
Your work will directly impact our ability to effectively engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive customer retention.

Responsibilities
Platform Configuration: Assist in configuring HubSpot CRM, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs to align with business goals, ensuring accurate setup of pipelines, properties, and integrations.
Workflow Creation & Optimization: Help design and build automation workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement strategies.
Data Management: Maintain CRM data quality through database hygiene, including contact segmentation, list management, and deduplication.
Assist in importing, exporting, and cleaning data as needed.
Reporting & Dashboards: Generate and maintain standard reports and dashboards to track the performance of marketing and sales efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations based on the data.
User Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to internal teams on HubSpot tools and features.
Assist in creating documentation and training materials.
Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and QA of HubSpot-related assets, including forms, email templates, and workflows to ensure functionality and proper execution.
Best Practices & Recommendations: Keep up with the latest HubSpot updates, best practices, and trends, suggesting improvements to enhance platform usage and campaign effectiveness.
Essential Requirements
Preferably with HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software).
Must have experience with integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier).
Must have 2-4 years of experience working with HubSpot, with hands-on experience in CRM, marketing automation, and lead management.
Familiarity with HubSpot tools, including CRM, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
Experience setting up automation workflows, email templates, and lead scoring models.
Comfort with reporting tools and dashboard creation within HubSpot.
