Hubspot Specialist

As a Hubspot Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the use of Hubspot, a project management and productivity tool, to meet our clients' specific needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and tailor Hubspot to drive efficiency, collaboration, and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Hubspot Configuration - Customize Click Up to align with clients' needs, creating workflows, custom fields, task dependencies, and automation rules.Evaluate the company and client's marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives in order to define their ideal HubSpot set-up.Able to pull reports out of HubSpotCreate creative email copy and designsBuild and nurture campaignsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesSet and monitor marketing goalsAnalyze marketing and sales dataDesign and deliver client strategy presentationsKeep up to date with new releases, features, and tools for HubSpot CRM, and other systemsIdentify and build out client personas in HubSpotUnderstand the lifecycle stages in HubSpotQualifications:
3 years+ of HubSpot Marketing Hub experienceStrong competency with HubSpot automation, including building flows, process builders, and workflow rulesStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organizationMust be proactive and a go-getterStrong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated; self-starterAbility to work with minimal guidanceAbility to work independently and/or in teamsIf this sounds like you and you would like to join a rapidly expanding team then please apply now.
