Hubspot Solutions Strategist

Details of the offer

Salted Stone is a full-service global growth agency and HubSpot Elite Partner looking for a permanent full-time HubSpot Solutions Strategist to join our growing APAC Solutions team.
We'd love you to join us!
Your mission will be to support the expansion of our business in APAC by helping our clients develop, implement, and optimise new technologies and processes that tie together the entire customer lifecycle using the HubSpot platform.
In your new role as a HubSpot Solutions Strategist, you'll get to:

Design and deploy advanced marketing hub, sales hub, service hub, and technical solutions within HubSpot.
Run workshops to understand current systems setups and map out how these would feed into HubSpot.
Interact directly with and provide a translation layer to technically oriented marketers and software developers, both internally and externally.
Regularly support the Business Development team in technical sales conversations with prospective clients.
Conduct ongoing research into new HubSpot features or other technical solutions to solve for potential customer challenges.
Collaborate with the team on the development of client-facing supporting documentation and processes for new technology configurations, customisations, and functionalities.
Monitor deployed solutions to identify opportunities for revision or optimisation as necessary.

We're looking for someone who has:

Substantial domain expertise in CRM & Marketing Automation Technology - HubSpot required; Salesforce, Marketo, and/or Pardot experience a plus.
Experience architecting and building scalable marketing, sales, and service operations systems, specifically using HubSpot software.
Interest in analysing opportunities to deploy creative solutions and automation that streamline productivity, reporting, and the customer experience.
Broad technical knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools, business intelligence tools, data enrichment tools, etc.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively based on client's business objectives, challenges, and KPIs.
Excellent project management, organisational, and time management skills; and you're comfortable managing multiple projects (budgets, timelines, personalities) simultaneously.
Experience working with B2B, fast-growing SaaS, enterprise-level and/or technology companies.
Previous agency experience - preferably in a client-facing role and/or cross-departmental role.
Experience with API, integrations, migrations, data warehousing, JSON, Javascript and relational databases.

Outside of your technical skills, our ask is for all Salted Stone employees to:

Be team players. Friendly, authentic, collaborative, makes an effort with relationships. Shows care and respect for those around them and themselves.
Have a growth mindset. Track record of self-learning, self-improvement and innovation. Motivated. Dedicated to growth, personally and professionally.
Be adaptable. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
Be proactive. Demonstrates tenacity and acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas. Finds solutions, not problems.

You'll enjoy working:
In a hybrid or remote role based out of Perth or Sydney. Our preference is for someone who can spend at least some time with the team in real life, however, we do have fully remote team members in North America, and this is something we would consider in Australia for the right person. S2's wider team is spread across North America (fully remote), Perth (hybrid with WeWork office space), Sydney (hybrid with Paddock co-working space), Dublin (hybrid with WeWork office space), India (fully remote) and the Philippines (fully remote) so there may be times that we ask you to flex your schedule to allow for collaboration with different timezones. This flex goes both ways.
Benefits
Our Aussie team enjoy:

Birthday Leave (an additional paid day off).
Holistic wellness benefit.
Spotify Premium membership.
Regular Culture Committee initiatives & events.
Flexible, Hybrid, or Remote Work.
WeWork All Access Pass (Perth only).
Team Lunches & Happy Hours.

Application process

Video or phone screening with our APAC HubSpot Solutions Lead.
Full video or in-person interview with APAC HubSpot Solutions Lead and Director of People & Culture.
Informal chat with some of your potential new teammates (you can interview us/them!).
