The Society recognises the value of an inclusive work environment and believes that our diversity is a strength in the work we do with our local communities.  SCHCADS Award: hourly rates range from $41.52 - $44.68 Not-for-profit salary packaging tax free benefits, increasing your take home pay!  Full time role with clear career progression + ongoing learning and development opportunities  YOUR ROLE Support the Regional Manager in the provision of the administrative functions for the Eastern Murrumbidgee Service Package, including the Brokerage Coordination Support, temporary accommodation and coordinating the engagement hub for soft entry support.
RESPONSIBILITIES Attend meetings; record and distribute minutes in a timely manner. Monitor and Administer the Brokerage Program of Eastern Murrumbidgee Alliance to ensure the effective distribution of identified Brokerage dollars in accordance with DCJ SHS Brokerage Guidelines and the Alliances' Case Coordination Terms of Reference. Liaise with relevant organisations to ensure all invoices are appropriately prepared and forwarded to the Accounts Department for payment. Monitor expenditure of Brokerage\funds with subcontractors, through the applications and of relevant client repayment plans. Establish, schedule, and monitor the client review process ensuring Case Coordination Group Members up to date on client progress providing opportunities to discuss any anomalies. Support Regional Manager in the smooth operation of Alliances and execute tasks as directed. Provide required reports. Work with internal caseworkers to provide timely support and assistance. Actively seek and record client voices and feedback and utilise in service planning. Oversee and organise the day-to-day operations of the hub which includes ordering and maintaining stock and supplies. YOU WILL NEED Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures. Good written and oral communication skills, including good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to relate positively and confidently with a wide range of people. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. Strong attention to accuracy and detail. Willingness to work within the Society's Code of Conduct and ability to maintain an ethical, yet non-judgemental, attitude towards volunteers, clients and staff, and a commitment to this. Demonstrated ability to use client database and Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience working in the community sector is desirable.
