As a Hub Administrator, you'll provide efficient administrative support in line with BaptistCare policies, ensuring prompt and professional service to clients, staff, volunteers, and managers.
The role requires proven admin experience, strong teamwork, effective client support, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a commitment to trauma informed care, and high standards of service.
You'll need strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, proficiency in client management systems (GEM), a solid understanding of reporting, and excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

About You: Essential Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in office administration/business discipline Proficiency in computer skills including use of programs such as Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Strong numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations Essential Competencies Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with an ability to remain calm under pressure particularly when responding to people who may exhibit difficult behaviours or have poor communication skills Demonstrated time management and organisation skills including ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, prioritise, and a willingness to keep up to date on all relevant technology changes undertaking training as required by the position Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity in the treatment of confidential information.
