Salesforce Consultant – Managed Services Fulltime – Sydney $100,000 – $120,000 + super We are partnering with a growing Salesforce partner as they continue building their team here in Australia. We are looking for a technically minded Salesforce Consultant to join the managed services team to provide exceptional customer service and support to long-term customers.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders from multiple customers to understand support needs, triage the problems, and provide the right solution on the platform. The role would suit a consultant happy to support customers with their org, or a strong administrator ready to step into the consulting world.

Your Responsibilities: Run projects or work as part of a team to diagnose business problems, and translate them into practical solutions for a range of different sectors Analyse the customer-related processes, and build the appropriate solution in the Salesforce environment of the customer Be responsible for the collection and documentation of functional requirements Configuration on the platform from setting up users to writing complex flows.
